Payment methods

PayPal ONLY
To use your credit Card through Paypal click on (add to cart) in the gallery and follow the simple steps. This payment type is recommended for all buyers especially non UK buyers, it is quick and safe with no actual cost from PayPal as Syn Promotions pays those charges.

Other Ways to Pay

Email sales@synpromotions.co.uk with your order stating your preferred method of payment.

1. We accept cash in Dollars US - GBP and Euro's Cash is sent at buyers risk.

2. Cheques UK buyers ONLY clearance is required prior to despatch.

3. For any other payment method email info@synpromotions.co.uk for acceptance first.

4. How to pay when not using the "add to basket facility" ie all low value items. Add cost of purchase to cost shipping if using Paypal use sales@synpromotions.co.uk email to pay. All Low Value Items additional shipping cost for within the Uk add £1.50 for all other destinations please email info@synpromotions.co.uk for actual costs.

Shipping Charges

Prices include free shipping on all orders of £10.00 or more.

The Purchase of any original art work is subject to individual shipping arrangements.
Please email info@synpromotions.co.uk prior to purchase of any such items.

A certificate of posting is available on all goods shipped.

Upon receipt of payment the goods will be despatched the next working day.

All Low Value Items additional shipping cost for within the Uk add £1.50

Packaging

Prints are despatched in heavy duty postal tubes to offer maximum protection.

All other items are well packed ready for despatch.

Insurance

This is included in your order price and covers for Prints damaged in transit ONLY. All that is required is that you send the offending item back to us at your cost, and on receipt of the item we will immediately ship out a replacement back to you at our cost.

To cover for Total Loss of your Prints in transit. Insurance is required at an additional cost of £5.00 per item shipped.

Any replacements are subject to remaining stock availability.
